I found this online: http://masarat-gps.com/garmin-gps-maps/ it says it has topo maps for UAE and Oman among other good features. I saw an interview with the manager of this company (Masarat) and he even thanks Almost4x4 for helping in mapping some areas.
Anyone knows how good is this map? I am willing to buy it and support such effort if it is as good as it claims!

I read the comments below and it seems like the Montana 600 is the best choice. Do I need to buy any software or maps from the dealer or I can find all the required software and maps from the web?
