Wonderful Sand
@SINGH You seem to have signed up twice for Fridays drive. You must be "really really" keen! But it may block someone else from signing up. As it's getting so hot a nice Friday morning drive at a more leisurely pace sounds like a pleasant start to the weekend. It's always great to watch the sun rise on the way out to the dunes! Thanks @alshamsi_m and @Yoghybear for committing your time yet again.
Hello Dave,
Sorry for that.... i think it happened bcoz i did that from mobile, so may be my finger is too big and it got clicked twice. But i too share the same feelings for the Friday morning drive as yours.
Meeting time is 5:45 Am or PM ?
there is two way to indicate time, based on 12h or 24h
If you write 05:45 (as I did) there can be no doubt ..... is in the morning, otherwise it would be 17:45
If you chose the other format you have to specify am or pm .....
Moreover, reading my first post, i.e.
Dear Newbie Drivers with less than 10 drive with the Club, a very early wake up for you guys :060:
no doubt at all....
Cheers
Yoghy

Good morning @Adashoe and @semaan.ramzy@gmail.com (you really need to change your nick name as we use them to identify each other over the radio!) It's not my place to say whether you can join or not being a non marshal but the general rule is the minimum qualification requirement to list is at the start of the trip description. This one is Newbie -10 which means Newbie level with 10 or less drives. As you are both Club Members CM you will need to start off with a CM drive which are posted every 4 to 6 weeks on average. The idea behind this introduction is to see will the club suit you and you suit the club! Thereafter you will be instructed to purchase your off road tool kit including flags and recovery gear which is listed on the forum if you take time to look around. Then after your tool inspection on your first Newbie drive you will qualify for this level of drive. Easy! It really is worth the effort if you are both new to off-roading as both technique, skill and basic radio communication is taught to keep the Almost4x4 convoys safe. Good luck and keep your eyes open for the next posted CM drive!

Cheers for that Dave - I've been with EO for a bit now and have all the gear (flags, tow ropes, kinetic ropes, walkie, flags, sand tracks, shovel, deflators - staun and ARB, the list goes on). The problem is that my pickup is being sent to the US for some mods and will be out of action for 3 months. Add to that the fact that club drives are once ever 4-6 weeks, technically it could be a really long time before I could get on a club member drive. I want to get in as much driving time in before its shipped out next week. However, I do respect the club and it's T&Cs so if it's a no go then it's a no go. Just looking at options.
PS - I do like your SWB and would love to have a chat about what you've done to it (if anything)
@Adashoe. Did you have your pick up prepared at MebarAuto? Great looking truck!
They did some - Suspension and baja bumper. Limbada did the rear cage. I'm going to ask powertec to do my internal rollcage
Edit - and Corbeau seats from Rage
