Hey Almosters,

As everyone has mentioned, this drive was incredibly chaotic, but also a ton of fun.
I really enjoy technical areas because it is (in my opinion) the best way to learn your car and improve your skills.

This was my first time floating since Intermediates are normally asked to stay in the convoy.
It was a great learning experience, it is a challenge to position yourself so that your always in the right place at the right time. It was an even greater challenge to navigate through such a technical area.

Overall it was an amazing learning experience and plenty of fun. Looking forward to more drives like these.

Thank you to the organizers, support team, and everyone who joined.
See you in the sand.

Sorry for being late - but I suppose it is still OK to submit a report before the next ride comes ;-)

This drive was a special for me as my sons visited Dubai and I could show them my club and the way we drive .. ehm ... not always like that :-). My younger son commented it was nice to see your rides with your club dad but why did you have to stop always for 20 minutes after riding for 5 wtfsmilie

I drove as the 3rd car, just after giorgio who took my younger one Jonas while I drove with Max. So I had the privilege to see the style of Mcloud and his driver alshamsi_m. They were flying over dunes as if their tyres didn't touch the ground. And indeed I saw how difficult it was for Giorgio to follow visually the track once Mcloud started off after each break and instantly disappeared from our sight. I am glad the challenge to follow Mcloud was not on me.

I think the Newbies who haven't experienced the Eggs in the Basket got a pretty good idea what to expect - they should use it for their benefits. Let's see if they beat the time of Johanna, our last winner there pacman.

Hello everyone

I know I am a bit late to post a trip report.
But as they say, better late than never.

And since a photo is worth a thousand words, I will be sharing few thousands words to show that beautiful drive day.
