Cannot update car profile

Hi,

I tried to update my car profile (data and picture), but despite I entered both text and picture, nothing is actually saved.

I tried both the web form and the iOS application.

Is it a known bug? anything else?

After you entered your info and uploaded the pic and clicked on the update, click also in the right column on the button 'Update your car profile'. This should work as the way around as admin didn't set this section properly.
Regarding the pic, try to keep it size 250 x 250 px or at least equal height and width.

No way, information neither picture are saved.

I did enter my car profile few days before and it worked the way I described.

Please try using our app, you can download it from the google and apple app stores. The profile and all car details can be updated and edited hassle free from there.

I tried both ios app and website: my info and picture are not saved.
Could it be because I am a simple member?

I had the same problem since I joined.
But in the spirit of insanity I kept trying doing the same thing. Vupti a couple of weeks ago it stuck, so now I will never touch those settings again.

So yeah, I think there either is a flag we need perhaps amount of positing or such, or it is simply a bug.

I was having the same issue for over a month and didn't touch the settings but recently we linked that program to our mobile app and now it works like a charm (through the app)

P.S. : If IOS doesnt work then try doing it on an Android phone.

Lol, never worked through the app for me (Android). It finally worked using the website.
